Please read these terms carefully before using SwiftIPTV services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SwiftIPTV and purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our service.
2. License & Usage
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content through our servers. However, the following rules apply:
- Single Device: One subscription is valid for one device at a time unless you purchased a multi-room plan.
- No Re-streaming: You may not re-broadcast or sell our stream links to third parties.
- No VPN Abuse: While VPNs are allowed, high-frequency IP switching may trigger an automatic security block.
3. Service Stability
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, IPTV services depend on global internet routing. SwiftIPTV is not responsible for local ISP throttling or temporary channel maintenance by the original broadcasters.
4. Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment verification. It is the user's responsibility to renew their plan before expiration to avoid service interruption.
5. Modifications
SwiftIPTV reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
