1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund on your Swift Gold subscription, please ensure that:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • You have contacted our support team to try and resolve any technical issues first.
  • Your account has not violated our terms of service (e.g., multi-room streaming on a single-room plan).

2. Swift Lite Policy

Due to the nature of digital IPTV delivery, the Swift Lite plan and 24-hour trials are generally non-refundable unless a major server outage occurs that we cannot resolve within 48 hours.

3. How to Request a Refund

Simply contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
